AIRAID's proud to release the Cool Air Dam Intake System for the 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ with the 4.0L engine. This system features a full length intake tube that draws through a totally redesigned Cool Air Dam. This combination yields an additional 14 lbs/ft of torque (at low rpm) and an additional 11 Horsepower, a plus for all off-road enthusiasts. AIRAID’s CAD Series Intakes are designed to isolate the heat of the engine away from the air inlet, taking advantage of the dense cool air from outside the engine compartment. At the heart of the system is AIRAID’s Premium SynthaFlow™ series High- Flow Filter that increases air flow significantly over the stock air filter assembly.
