STILLEN offers these headers in two styles - Either stainless steel
or stainless steel with a polished ceramic coated finish.
Constructed out of stainless steel tubing, laser cut flanges, and
finished with corrosion inhibiting high temperature paint or
ceramic coating offers extreme durability for a long service life
and great looks!
Nissan Titan cracked manifolds and failed catalytic converters are
a pretty common problem. Factory replacement manifolds typically
run around $1,100.00 per side! Significantly more expensive than a
pair of STILLEN long tube Titan headers!
Simply put, STILLEN long tube headers are one of the best bang for
the buck items you can do to increase the power, and performance of
your Nissan Titan. Many owners also report fuel mileage gains after
installation.
The O2 emulator provided in the kit will keep the check engine
light off on most 04-06 vehicles. 2007 or newer vehicles may
require additional ECU tuning to keep the check engine lights
off.
B-pipes are also available, and bolt in to the factory location of
the factory secondary catalytic converters. They are a direct bolt
in and require no cutting or welding. One of the great things about
the B-pipes is that with just the B-pipes we have seen gains of 7
RWHP, also making this an effective upgrade for the 04-06 models as
well.
