Daystar Comfort Ride Leveling & Lift Kits
Daystar's Comfort Ride Suspension systems are truly "Driven by Design." Comfort Ride kits are specially designed to work with stock suspension components to keep costs down and quality high. High-density Progressive Polyurethane strut and spring spacers act as isolators to combine moderate amounts of lift without losing the comfortable ride you have come to expect. In torsion bar applications, re-indexed torsion keys allow you to "dial-in" the desired amount of lift in order to plus-size tire and wheel packages. These front lifts are often combined with Daystar’s Greaseable Super Shackles, add-a-leafs, or blocks & u-bolts to provide complete front and rear kits.
Daystar offers a the most complete line of kits for most of the popular vehicles, including virtually all late-model domestic and import applications! Almost all of the lift and leveling kits used on strut applications feature an easy-install design; no disassembly of the strut is required! Most kits will provide 1" to 3" of lift and allow for a larger / plus-sized tire & wheel package. Our leveling kits fall in one of three categories:
A pair of short spacers (less than 2") that are intended to restore ride height lost from adding heavy aftermarket accessories, such as a winch bumper or snow plow.
Leveling kits are designed to level the stance of a vehicle and eliminate the nose-down rake most trucks have from the factory. Daystar's Top-Mount Strut Spacers fall into this category, as do the new torsion bar keys. As the name implies, Leveling Kits level the vehicle and do not include rear lift.
A system that includes both front and rear lift. Depending on the application, rear lift consists of shackles, add-a-leafs, blocks (with U-bolts), or coil spring spacers. Rear lift method is specified in the application description.
